Begeleider wonen en leven - 24 uur per week

Wil jij mee het verschil maken in hoe onze bewoners hun dag beleven?

We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste begeleider wonen en leven voor 24 uur per week. Iemand die graag tussen mensen staat, oog heeft voor kleine geluksmomenten en mee zorgt voor warmte, sfeer en verbinding in huis.

Als begeleider wonen en leven kijk je verder dan zorg alleen. Je leert onze bewoners kennen: wie ze zijn, wat ze graag doen, waar ze van genieten en wat voor hen belangrijk is. Vanuit hun wensen, interesses en mogelijkheden help je mee om van elke dag een fijne en betekenisvolle dag te maken.

Je staat er uiteraard niet alleen voor. Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team en werkt nauw samen met je collega's op de afdeling.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je zorgt mee voor een aangenaam woon- en leefklimaat, met aandacht voor de eigenheid en wensen van iedere bewoner.
  • Je organiseert individuele en groepsactiviteiten die zorgen voor ontspanning, plezier, ontmoeting en een zinvolle daginvulling.
  • Je stimuleert bewoners om hun mogelijkheden te blijven benutten en ondersteunt zo hun autonomie, zelfredzaamheid, welzijn en eigenwaarde.
  • Je hebt oog voor wat bewoners bezighoudt. Soms zit dat in een activiteit, maar even goed in een fijn gesprek, samen iets doen of gewoon even tijd maken voor elkaar.
  • Je werkt samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines en draagt vanuit jouw rol bij aan de best mogelijke ondersteuning van onze bewoners.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging, met bijzondere aandacht voor het paramedische luik van het zorgdossier.

Wie zoeken we?

Een diploma vertelt ons iets over wat je kunt, maar we vinden het minstens even belangrijk wie jij bent in het contact met onze bewoners.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs, bij voorkeur als zorgkundige, of over een attest van de opleiding begeleider wonen en leven.
  • Je hebt kennis van of interesse in belevingsgericht en ethisch handelen en een zinvolle dagbesteding voor ouderen.
  • Je bent warm, sociaalvaardig en positief ingesteld.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar voelt je ook goed in een team.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en kunt organiseren.
  • Je bent flexibel en kunt rustig blijven wanneer een dag eens anders loopt dan gepland.
  • Je werkt ordelijk, nauwkeurig en stipt.
  • Je beschikt over een blanco uittreksel uit het strafregister, model 1 openbaar bestuur.

En misschien nog het belangrijkste: je hebt oprechte aandacht voor ouderen en zin om hen mooie momenten te bezorgen.
