Ben jij communicatief sterk, servicegericht en klaar om klanten écht verder te helpen vanuit een adviserende rol? Dan is deze functie als Relatiebeheerder of Desk Accountmanager VvE-verzekeringen precies wat je zoekt. Je krijgt de kans om vanuit een centrale positie impact te maken op klantrelaties én commerciële kansen, zonder fysiek klantbezoek, maar mét dezelfde mate van betrokkenheid en kwaliteit.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Relatiebeheerder ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor VvE-beheerders en VvE-besturen. Je bouwt duurzame relaties op, signaleert klantbehoeften en zorgt dat vragen snel en inhoudelijk correct worden beantwoord. Je werkt proactief, houdt de lijnen kort en zorgt dat collega’s precies weten wat er speelt bij de klanten.

Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden:

  • Je onderhoudt warme, duurzame relaties met VvE-beheerders en incidenteel VvE-besturen.
  • Je signaleert klantbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar acties of oplossingen.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen en verzoeken en zorgt voor duidelijke, professionele communicatie.
  • Je volgt actiepunten op, bewaakt voortgang en koppelt helder terug.
  • Je verstuurt en verwerkt standaarddocumenten zoals contracten en polisoverzichten.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte, actuele klantadministratie.
  • Je stelt offertes op en coördineert het volledige offertetraject, inclusief opvolging.

Ze staan bekend om hun persoonlijke aanpak, sterke klantrelaties en hoge mate van servicegerichtheid. Vanuit een hecht en professioneel team werk je samen aan heldere processen en hoogwaardige dienstverlening.

Wat verwachten ze van jou?

Je bent iemand die energie krijgt van klantcontact, nauwkeurigheid en het coördineren van processen. Je schakelt snel, communiceert helder en weet commerciële kansen op een natuurlijke manier te benutten.

Je neemt mee:

  • HBO-werk- en denkniveau;
  • Wft Basis, Wft Schade Particulier én Wft Schade Zakelijk;
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in klantcontact, bij voorkeur binnen de verzekeringen;
  • Kennis van het verzekeringsbedrijf (provinciaal, beurs, volmacht);
  • Sterke beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
  • Handigheid met MS Office, Teams en extranetten van verzekeraars;
  • Competenties zoals overtuigingskracht, klantgerichtheid, samenwerking en communicatie.
