Onze klant ontzorgt, is integer, verrast, is persoonlijk en werkt samen. We werken in de regio Limburg en Noord Brabant met 160 collega's aan de beste financiële oplossingen voor onze klanten, zo kunnen onze klanten zich volledig storten op de toekomst. Om dit vol overgave te kunnen blijven doen zijn we op zoek naar een:

Relatiebeheerder zakelijk | Den Bosch | 36 40 uur |

Onze klant wil doorgroeien naar een 9+ organisatie waarin de klantbeleving centraal staat. De markt is in beweging, dat beseffen wij ons heel goed. Als relatiebeheerder is het daarom ontzettend belangrijk om de klant uit de wind te houden maar toch mee te bewegen met de ontwikkelingen in de markt.

Als relatiebeheerder bedien je zelfstandig zakelijke klanten op het gebied van schadeverzekeringen. Je werkt nauw samen met de adviseurs om samen tot de beste financiële oplossing te komen.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een kansdenker, positief en oplossingsgericht. Je hebt MBO plus/HBO werk- en denkniveau met de volgende opleidingen op zak:

  • WFT basis;
  • WFT schade particulier en zakelijk;
  • WFT inkomen.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Vast (telefonisch) aanspreekpunt voor klanten;
  • Inventariseren van de wensen en behoeftes van de klant en hierop inspelen;
  • Bouwen aan een lange termijn relatie met de klant;
  • Uitbouwen van de klantenportefeuille;
  • Doorverwijzen van klanten binnen onze klant waar mogelijk;
  • Verzorgen van de administratieve afwikkeling;
  • Samen met je team streven naar een 9+ ervaring voor de klant.
