Relatiebeheerder Zakelijk Maastricht | 32-40 uur per week

Voor onze klant in Maastricht zijn wij op zoek naar een Relatiebeheerder Zakelijk. Ben jij ambitieus, commercieel en communicatief sterk? En heb je relevante werkervaring op het gebied van zakelijke schadeverzekeringen of wil jij je hierin gaan ontwikkelen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou.

Onze klant is een vooruitstrevend verzekeringskantoor met meer dan 40 medewerkers. De focus ligt op het bieden van objectieve en persoonlijke adviezen op het gebied van verzekeringen, pensioenen en employee benefits.

Zij begeleiden cliënten door het volledige traject: van inventarisatie en advisering tot poliscontrole en schadeafwikkeling. Landelijk zijn ze actief van Groningen tot Aalsmeer en van Breda tot Gendt. De bedrijfscultuur wordt gekenmerkt door energie, betrokkenheid en een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.

Wat ga je doen? Als Relatiebeheerder Zakelijk word je onderdeel van het zakelijke adviesteam en ondersteun je de buitendienstadviseur. Deze functie biedt een afwisselende mix van commerciële, adviserende en administratieve werkzaamheden. Jouw taken zijn onder andere:

  • Ondersteunen van de zakelijke adviseur bij de uitvoering van het commerciële beleid;
  • Actief zoeken naar commerciële kansen en het herkennen van behoeften van prospects en cliënten;
  • Bespreken van verzekeringsaanvragen met cliënten;
  • Uitvoeren van analyses van financiële risico’s voor cliënten;
  • Zorgvuldig adviseren en dit vastleggen volgens de Wft-vereisten;
  • Afsluiten van verzekeringsproducten en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor cliënten;
  • Controleren van polissen;
  • Zorgen voor adequate informatievoorziening richting adviseurs over verzekeringsaanvragen.

Daarnaast stel je zelfstandig offertes op, beoordeelt deze en bespreekt ze met cliënten. Je maakt zelfstandig keuzes binnen de beleidslijnen van onze organisatie.

Wat maakt jou succesvol? Als relatiebeheerder zakelijke schadeverzekeringen ben je een uitstekende luisteraar, sparringpartner en adviseur. Je weet moeiteloos in te spelen op de behoeften van klanten, geeft advies op maat en herkent commerciële kansen. Jij herkent jezelf in de volgende functie-eisen:

  • Een afgeronde opleiding op ten minste MBO-niveau;
  • Werkervaring binnen het zakelijke domein is een pré;
  • Wft Schade Zakelijk afgerond (of bereid om deze snel te behalen). Minimaal Wft Schade Particulieren is vereist;
  • Ambitieus, communicatief sterk en commercieel ingesteld;
  • Je krijgt energie van een combinatie van denken en doen, werk verzetten en verbeteringen aandragen;
  • Klant- en servicegericht;
  • Ervaring met ANVA is een pré.
