Als BBL Leerling Monteur Elektrotechniek bij Uchtman B.V. leer je het vak in de praktijk. Je combineert leren en werken samen dus je ontvangt gelijk salaris. Als leerling ga je samen met een ervaren collega op weg en werk je aan tankstations en verladingstations door heel Nederland en leer je in de praktijk hoe je installaties veilig en werkend houdt.

Wil jij ook elke dag een stukje handiger naar huis?

Elke dag leer je wat meer en krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid in onderstaande taken;

• Meewerken aan onderhoud van elektrische en elektronische apparatuur.

• Leren storingen opsporen, analyseren en oplossen.

• Assisteren bij het aanleggen van kabels, schakelkasten en verdeelsystemen.

• Helpen bij het aanpassen, verbeteren of vervangen van apparatuur.

• Meewerken aan het opbouwen en in gebruik nemen van nieuwe installaties.

• Werken volgens veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften en rapporteren wat je hebt gedaan.

Voor welke opdrachtgevers werk je ?

Wie kent ze niet? We werken voor grote namen zoals BP, Shell, Total, Tamoil, Rubis en VARO. Maar ook voor industriële klanten en fabrikanten. Elke dag anders dus!

Wie zijn wij?

Bij Uchtman B.V hechten we veel waarde aan onze kernwaarden en het opbouwen van langdurige relaties, zowel binnen ons team als met onze klanten. Ons team bestaat uit een combinatie van ervaren vakmensen (van wie sommigen al meer dan 40 jaar bij ons zijn) en jong talent. We hebben zo’n goede band met onze klanten dat ze zelfs weten hoe onze installateurs hun koffie drinken. Deze nauwe verbondenheid en het wederzijdse vertrouwen met onze medewerkers, klanten en partners zijn erg belangrijk voor ons als familiebedrijf!

Bij ons ben jij geen nummer, maar een collega die we kennen. Wij zorgen goed voor je – ook tijdens je opleiding!

Wat krijg je bij ons?

• Leerling salaris, passend bij jouw leerjaar en niveau, conform CAO.

• 4 dagen werken, 1 dag naar school.

• Opleiding volledig vergoed – geen studieschuld, geen eigen bijdrage.

• Een erkende begeleider die jou alles leert wat hij weet.

• 25 vakantiedagen en tot 13 adv-dagen op basis van fulltime dienstverband

• doorgroeimogelijkheden van BBL niveau 3 naar 4, en daarna door als volwaardig monteur.

• Bij succesvol afstuderen uitzicht op een vaste baan.
