Storing binnen? Monteur op pad? Klant op tijd geïnformeerd? Jij regelt het. Met overzicht, technisch inzicht en een goed gevoel voor mensen.

Jouw rol

De Visser Netherlands groeit en daarom zoeken we een Servicecoördinator die de regie pakt over onze dagelijkse serviceorganisatie.

Jij bent de spin in het web tussen klanten, servicemonteurs, werkplaats, leveranciers, projectteams en Sales. Je zorgt dat storingen en onderhoud snel worden opgepakt, monteurs efficiënt worden ingepland en afspraken worden nagekomen.

Daarnaast coördineer je de werkzaamheden in de werkplaats en denk je actief mee over hoe we onze service steeds beter kunnen organiseren.

Wat ga je doen?

· Storingen, onderhoud en klantvragen aannemen, beoordelen en opvolgen;

· Service- en montagemonteurs efficiënt inplannen en dagelijks aansturen;

· Klanten en leveranciers tijdig informeren en afspraken bewaken;

· Onderhoudsplanningen en storingsdienstroosters maken;

· Werkbonnen en servicerapporten bewaken en gereedmelden;

· Tarieven en contractafspraken bewaken en servicegerichte diensten inkopen;

· Commerciële kansen signaleren en delen met Sales;

· Veiligheid, VGM/KAM en kwaliteit actief uitdragen;

· Meedraaien in het consignatierooster;

· Meedenken over procesverbetering en verdere professionalisering van de serviceorganisatie.

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat de operatie blijft draaien.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een praktische organisator met technisch inzicht. Je houdt overzicht als er veel tegelijk gebeurt, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en weet mensen op een prettige manier mee te krijgen.

Je beschikt over:

· HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur Techniek of Logistiek;

· Aantoonbare affiniteit met techniek en planning;

· Minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring in een technisch-commerciële omgeving;

· Leidinggevende ervaring is een pre;

· Goede communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden;

· Een klantgerichte, proactieve en oplossingsgerichte instelling;

· Rijbewijs B;

· VCA VOL, of de bereidheid dit te behalen;
