Voor onze groeiende projectenorganisatie zoeken wij een ervaren Projectleider Elektrotechniek die overzicht houdt, structuur brengt en energie krijgt van het aansturen van uitdagende technische projecten.

Geen standaard projectleidersrol binnen een logge organisatie, maar een brede en zelfstandige functie binnen een ondernemende technische omgeving waar snel geschakeld wordt en jouw beslissingen direct impact hebben.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Projectleider Elektrotechniek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je schakelt dagelijks tussen klanten, monteurs, leveranciers, engineers en uitvoering en zorgt dat projecten technisch én organisatorisch goed verlopen. Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit, budget en voortgang en houdt overzicht — juist wanneer projecten complexer of dynamischer worden.

Daarnaast:

  • stuur je werkvoorbereiding, uitvoering en externe partijen aan;
  • onderhoud je contact met klanten en leveranciers;
  • signaleer je commerciële kansen, risico’s en meer-/minderwerk;
  • denk je actief mee over verbeteringen en structuur;
  • en zorg je dat projecten voorspelbaar en professioneel verlopen.

Je krijgt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid binnen een organisatie waar initiatief gewaardeerd wordt en waar je écht invloed hebt op projecten en processen.

Wie zoeken wij?

Wij zoeken geen afwachtende projectleider, maar iemand die eigenaarschap neemt, overzicht bewaart en mensen in beweging krijgt. Iemand die technisch sterk is, maar tegelijkertijd begrijpt dat communicatie, planning en samenwerking minstens zo belangrijk zijn voor een succesvol project.

Je voelt je prettig in een omgeving waar veel tegelijk gebeurt, schakelt makkelijk tussen techniek en uitvoering en vindt het leuk om structuur aan te brengen binnen dynamische projecten. Zo’n projectleider waarvan collega’s denken: daar komt iemand binnen.

Wat breng je mee?

  • MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau richting elektrotechniek
  • Ervaring binnen de installatiebranche
  • Ervaring met projectleiding binnen technische projecten
  • Kennis van relevante normen en regelgeving
  • Communicatief vaardig en besluitvaardig
