Talent Sourcer vacature voor een bijbaan met inhoud of geweldige baan als starter.

Je zoekt een baan. Maar wel eentje waar je echt iets leert.

Als Talent Sourcer in Bussum help je bedrijven om de juiste mensen te vinden. Niet door te wachten op reacties, maar door zelf actief op zoek te gaan. Je duikt in doelgroepen. Schrijft berichten die opvallen. En test wat werkt. De ene keer focus je op IT-profielen, de andere keer op operations of marketing.

Zo leer je recruitment, sourcing en arbeidsmarktdenken in de praktijk.

Dit ben jij

Je bent een HBO of WO student of nét afgestudeerd en hebt interesse in recruitment of HR.

Maar belangrijker: je bent nieuwsgierig. En je wilt iets leren waar je later echt iets aan hebt. Je werkt datagedreven. Hebt focus op resultaten. Niets houdt jou tegen. Ervaring is niet nodig. Motivatie is belangrijker. Wij leren jou de rest.
