Εμπορική εταιρεία με δυναμική παρουσία στην αγορά αναζητά Sales Supervisor, με στόχο τον συντονισμό και την ανάπτυξη της ομάδας πωλήσεων, την επίτευξη των εμπορικών στόχων και τη συνεχή βελτίωση της λειτουργίας του τμήματος.

Τι θα περιλαμβάνει η μέρα σου

Στον ρόλο του Sales Supervisor, θα έχεις την ευθύνη για την καθημερινή οργάνωση και παρακολούθηση της ομάδας πωλήσεων, διασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή λειτουργία της και την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση των προτεραιοτήτων. Θα καθοδηγείς και θα υποστηρίζεις τα μέλη της ομάδας, παρακολουθώντας την απόδοσή τους βάσει στόχων και KPIs, ενώ παράλληλα θα συμβάλλεις στην ανάπτυξη των πωλήσεων και στην αξιοποίηση νέων εμπορικών ευκαιριών.

Μέσα από την ανάλυση των αποτελεσμάτων και των εμπορικών δεδομένων, θα εντοπίζεις περιθώρια βελτίωσης και θα προτείνεις λύσεις για την ενίσχυση της αποτελεσματικότητας του τμήματος. Παράλληλα, θα συνεργάζεσαι με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της εταιρείας, θα υποστηρίζεις την εκπαίδευση και την ανάπτυξη της ομάδας και θα συμβάλλεις στη διατήρηση υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης και συνεργασίας.

Τι ψάχνουμε σε εσένα

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, στα Οικονομικά, στο Marketing ή σε συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Προϋπηρεσία στον χώρο των πωλήσεων, ιδανικά σε οργανωμένο εμπορικό περιβάλλον.
  • Εμπειρία στον συντονισμό ή την καθοδήγηση ομάδας, με ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης ανθρώπων και καθημερινών λειτουργιών.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση εμπορικών διαδικασιών, διαχείρισης πελατών και πρακτικών ανάπτυξης πωλήσεων.
  • Ικανότητα ανάλυσης εμπορικών αποτελεσμάτων και παρακολούθησης KPIs, με προσανατολισμό στην επίτευξη στόχων.
  • Πολύ καλές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, καθώς και ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και διαχείρισης προτεραιοτήτων.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office, ιδιαίτερα Excel, και εξοικείωση με συστήματα ERP/CRM.
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Επαγγελματισμός, υπευθυνότητα, πρωτοβουλία και διάθεση για συνεχή βελτίωση.
