Fornecer suporte administrativo ao departamento de recursos humanos e departamento pessoal.

Tratar Documentos: Registrar a entrada e saída de documentos, Triar documentos, Distribuir documentos para as lojas (contratos, rescisões, férias e demais documentos do setor pessoal), Conferir dados e datas, Verificar documentos, Identificar irregularidades nos documentos, Arquivar documentos de funcionários mantendo as pastas atualizadas e protocolar o que for necessário para a contabilidade;

Relatórios e Indicadores de RH: Coletar dados dos colaboradores, Preparar formulários e relatórios de pesquisas internas, Elaborar semanalmente relatório de absenteísmo, atrasos e turnover, Atualizar gastos com rescisões, Reportar banco de horas às lideranças;

Relações Trabalhistas: Auxiliar na folha de pagamento mensal, Auxiliar no pagamento de 13º Salário, Consultar legislação (CLT, ACT e CCT) do setor industrial e comercial, Gerir e auditar jornada de trabalho dos colaboradores (horas extras, intrajornada, interjornada), Orientar lideranças e gerentes acerca de normas trabalhistas, Realizar admissões, Fazer fechamento de ponto mensal, Encaminhar pagamento de rescisões e férias ao financeiro, Mitigar riscos trabalhistas;

Gestão de Benefícios: Realizar pagamento de benefícios legais: vale-transporte, auxílio-alimentação em ticket dos colaboradores, Encaminhar boletos de benefícios médicos e odontológicos mensalmente ao setor financeiro;

Gestão de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho: Encaminhar colaboradores para exames admissionais e demissionais, Controlar prazos de exames periódicos, Verificar conformidade dos ASOs, Encaminhar ASOs para transmissão ao eSocial, Redigir atas da CIPA+, Participar de reuniões da CIPA+, Fornecer apoio administrativo na realização de SIPAT e programas de SST;

Apoiar nas Demandas do RH: Suporte em eventos de endomarketing, Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, Triagem de Currículos e Screening, Comunicação Interna e projetos de RH conforme solicitado pela gerência.

CH: 44h semanais - 9h Segunda à Sexta e 8h às Sextas-feiras.
