Au sein du service vente et marketing composé d'une quinzaine de personnes, vous serez en charge de la mise en place d'outils, de fonctionnalités et de processus nécessaires au développement et à l'utilisation des services CRM de l'entreprise. Vous aurez pour mission d'améliorer la connaissance client, les prestations à destination des clients et le pilotage de l'activité en interne.

Vos missions

  • Assister les différents métiers dans la formalisation en mise en place de processus harmonisés
  • Recueillir, formaliser et prioriser les besoins des différents métiers relatifs au CRM
  • Délivrer des recommandations et des plans d'action concernant l'amélioration de l'implémentation et de l'utilisation du CRM
  • Planifier et piloter leur mise en place, en relation avec l'IT, l'intégrateur et les key users
  • Organiser la collecte, l'uniformisation et la structuration des données du CRM et garantir leur accessibilité
  • Assurer la communication interne relative à la vie de l'outil : publications et rappels des procédures et usages, informations sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités...
  • Formaliser et coordonner le partage de connaissances : bibliothèque de ressources, supports de formation écrits ou vidéos, sessions de formation ou de Q&R...

Votre profil

  • De formation supérieure, vous avez une expérience de 10 ans au sein d'un service commercial et a minima 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Responsable CRM
  • Une forte expérience sur des technologies CRM est demandée et une connaissance du CRM Odoo serait un plus
  • Capacité d’analyse, de compréhension et de formalisation des besoins de métiers différents du sien
  • Assertivité, capacité d’arbitrage et excellente communication interne transverse pour l'ensemble des équipes
  • Pédagogie et capacité à transmettre les connaissances aux différents services de l’entreprise.
