En qualité de Responsable des Systèmes d'Information (RSI), vous assurerez le management d'une équipe de 4 collaborateurs et serez le garant de la continuité et de la performance opérationnelle de l'ensemble de nos infrastructures IT.

Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

  • Garantir le Maintien en Conditions Opérationnelles (MCO) de l'ensemble de notre infrastructure (réseaux, serveurs, cloud).
  • Piloter l'équipe support (Helpdesk) et placer la satisfaction utilisateurs au centre des priorités.
  • Superviser le déploiement technique des nouveaux outils métiers (ERP, PLM, CRM).
  • Suivre et optimiser les indicateurs de performance (SLA) de nos prestataires.
  • Gérer le parc informatique, les achats courants et documenter les procédures.

Votre profil :

  • Vous avez une solide expérience technique en administration systèmes/réseaux (Windows, Linux, réseaux, Cloud) et en gestion de production IT.
  • Vous avez déjà managé une équipe technique avec succès et savez gérer les plannings et les urgences.
  • Vous possédez un sens aigu du service client interne et faites preuve d'une grande pédagogie.
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre réactivité, votre rigueur et votre capacité à prioriser.
