Descripción del empleo

Buscamos a nuestro/a próximo/a Encargado de Tienda para liderar la excelencia operativa y el crecimiento de nuestro equipo en Carretera a El Salvador! En este rol estratégico, serás el motor principal para garantizar el funcionamiento de la tienda, gestionando procesos administrativos y operativos clave mientras impulsas el desarrollo continuo de tu talento a cargo.

Serás responsable de liderar un equipo de alto rendimiento, motivando y promoviendo la cultura PeYa día a día. Además, velarás por una experiencia Onboarding, asegurando que cada colaborador cuente con las herramientas y capacitaciones funcionales necesarias para su scope.

Como líder de la gestión operativa y logística, diseñarás la planificación de turnos y asignación de recursos, maximizando la eficiencia de los repositores y la calidad del servicio. Asimismo, supervisarás la precisión del inventario, los conteos cíclicos y la recepción de mercadería junto al equipo de Demand Planning.

En el ámbito financiero y de control, serás el encargado/a de monitorear de cerca el proceso de fulfillment para optimizar la productividad y rentabilidad de la tienda. Gestionarás el P&L (mantenimiento, mermas, suministros, servicios) y los indicadores clave (KPIs), asegurando también la implementación de medidas preventivas contra pérdidas y el cumplimiento estricto de auditorías.

Garantizarás un entorno seguro, velando por las políticas de seguridad alimentaria, salud ocupacional y medioambiente. Utilizarás herramientas como Workday, Tableau, Looker y GSuite para tomar decisiones basadas en datos y llevar la experiencia del cliente al siguiente nivel.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en puestos similares liderando equipos de trabajo.
  • Experiencia en manejo de office y Excel intermedio
  • Orientación a la acción y capacidad para resolver problemas.
  • Fuertes habilidades interpersonales; capacidad para construir relaciones positivas, generar confianza. Autonomía
