Als HR Business Partner ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren en coachen van ons leadership betreffende alle HR thema’s en casuïstiek bij Deloitte.

Vacatureomschrijving

  • ondersteunt, coacht, adviseert en faciliteert het leadership op het gebied van o.a. functionerings- en performance vraagstukken;
  • begeleidt het jaarlijkse belonings- en beoordelingsproces en potentieel management;
  • monitort verloop, verzuim en handelt arbeids-juridische vraagstukken af;
  • durft jouw kritische mening te geven omtrent het HR beleid en daar ook verandering in teweeg te brengen;
  • zet diverse HR projecten op, rolt deze uit en faciliteert bijbehorende trainingen.

Functie-eisen

Natuurlijk bundel je graag de krachten met collega's en leg je graag de verbinding tussen mensen. Bovenal durf je jezelf te zijn. De ware jij. Met je eigen sterke punten, blik op de wereld en persoonlijkheid. Verder heb jij als HR Business Partner;

  • een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting HRM, Bedrijfseconomie of Organisatiepsychologie;
  • minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring binnen het HR domein, bij voorkeur in de zakelijke dienstverlening en / of een grote (complexe/matrix) organisatie;
  • een sterke basis als relatiemanager naar de interne klant, je hebt een onafhankelijke mening en durft deze ook uit te spreken;
  • een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift.

In deze rol werk je vanuit het kantoor in Utrecht, Eindhoven, Rotterdam en Amsterdam. Het betreft een hybride functie waarbij thuiswerken ook tot de mogelijkheden behoort.

Als aanspreekpunt voor alle HR-vraagstukken ben je een essentiële sparringspartner voor het leiderschap van jouw business. Je ondersteunt partners die zich bezighouden met people management en speelt een cruciale rol in de verdere uitrol van de HR-strategie. Jouw HR-advies en ervaring zijn van groot belang. Je durft je mening te geven, zelfs ongevraagd als je dat nodig acht.

Als HR Business Partner ondersteun je de afdeling Audit & Assurance. Binnen A&A werk je samen met een team van zeven ervaren HR Business Partners, gevestigd in het hele land. We komen regelmatig samen op kantoor Utrecht en zoeken elkaar ook elders op. De medewerkers binnen A&A zijn zeer divers, onder andere qua nationaliteiten, waardoor een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal belangrijk is. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor alle HR-onderwerpen en pakt daarnaast samen met de HR collega’s strategische projecten op als well-being, onboarding en ontwikkelprogramma’s. Daarnaast werken we data-gedreven (op basis van dashboards) en werk je veel samen met de overstijgende HR teams om tot een goed resultaat te komen.
