Verantwoordelijk voor hoogwaardig juridisch advies op het gebied van contractenrecht en IT-recht. Bij Deloitte.

Vacatureomschrijving

  • adviseren en ondersteunen van Deloitte professionals, op het gebied van verbintenissenrecht (aansprakelijkheid, intellectuele eigendom, geheimhouding, etc.);
  • opstellen en beoordelen van algemene voorwaarden, onder meer in het kader van aanbestedingen;
  • opstellen van partnershipovereenkomsten;
  • leveren van een bijdrage aan het verder ontwikkelen van de knowhow van het team en de business, bijvoorbeeld door het geven van ‘legal awareness trainingen’ aan Deloitte collega’s.

Functie-eisen

Natuurlijk ga je door tot de oplossing er is en leg je graag de verbinding tussen mensen. Bovenal durf je jezelf te zijn. De ware jij. Met je eigen sterke punten, blik op de wereld en persoonlijkheid. Verder heb jij als Manager Legal Counsel Contracting:

  • Een afgeronde Nederlandse rechtenstudie (bij voorkeur civiel- en/of bedrijfsrecht);
  • Ten minste 8 jaar relevante werkervaring als advocaat of legal counsel, binnen commercial contracting;
  • Diepgaande kennis van het contractenrecht;
  • Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

Als Manager Legal Counsel Contracting bij Deloitte maak je onderdeel uit van een groot team van juristen binnen het Office of the General Counsel, ofwel de interne juridische afdeling van Deloitte Nederland. Het team is onderverdeeld in verschillende teams (Arbeidsrecht en Partner Matters, Corporate & M&A, Privacy en Contracting). Het Contracting team is het eerste aanspreekpunt op het gebied van commercial contracting. Dit kan gaan om uiteenlopende juridische zaken, zoals het begeleiden van inkooptrajecten, het uitonderhandelen van klantovereenkomsten, en het adviseren van diverse stakeholders. Het Nederlandse team werkt daarbij nauw samen met collega’s uit andere landen.

Met jouw expertise ben je in staat om snel te schakelen, relevante informatie te verzamelen en pragmatisch te adviseren op verschillende niveaus en binnen verschillende terreinen.

In deze afwisselende functie heb je contact met zowel interne, als externe partijen kun je vanuit juridisch perspectief bijdragen aan het versterken van het merk Deloitte en en het beperken van juridische risico's voor Deloitte. Je krijgt te maken met een divers palet aan mensen, specialisaties en disciplines.
