Je bent een betrouwbare partner op het gebied van Resourcing, die Audit & Assurance in staat stelt om een betekenisvolle bijdrage te leveren aan de bescherming van het openbaar belang. Bij Deloitte.

Vacatureomschrijving

  • het proactief monitoren van de beschikbaarheid en inzet van de professionals en deze afzetten tegen de economics van de engagement teams;
  • het uitvoeren van het jaarplanningsproces, in nauwe samenwerking met senior stakeholders;
  • het oplossen van eventuele tekorten in beschikbaarheid en conflicten in de planning;
  • het opzetten en analyseren van resourcing data en het interpreteren van trends als ondersteuning van data-based decision making;
  • het beheren van de binnenkomende requests en ervoor zorgen dat het Resourcing systeem altijd up to date is en de data accuraat is;
  • samenwerking op een nationaal niveau met focus op kennis management van de systemen en op basis van reporting;
  • meedenken en advies geven op bestaande processen en systemen.

Functie-eisen

Je hebt ervaring met en inzicht in een interne adviesrol. Je kan je stakeholders challengen en je beslissingen onderbouwen met data. Tegelijkertijd ben je oplossingsgericht en in staat om relaties op verschillende niveaus op te bouwen. Je hebt het zelfvertrouwen en de veerkracht om in een snel veranderende omgeving te werken en verliest nooit je klantgerichtheid en servicegerichtheid uit het oog. Voor de rol van Resource Planner heb je dan ook:

  • een HBO-diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • minimaal 4 jaar relevante werkervaring;
  • kennis van de auditpraktijk is een pré;
  • sterke analytische vaardigheden;
  • goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • sterke Excel vaardigheden;
  • begrip van portfolio plannen.

Het doel van Resource Management is ervoor te zorgen dat de engagement teams beschikken over de beste teamsamenstelling, met de benodigde vaardigheden, vanuit de meest geschikte locaties, op het juiste moment en zodanig bij te dragen aan employee engagement, groei en well-being. Dit doen we door het hebben van waardevolle gesprekken met een proactieve and kritische houding waarbij we focussen op de juiste balans tussen data en mensen.

De Resource Planner is een betrouwbare adviseur en analist die doordacht en pragmatisch advies geeft over planning en Resource Management. Je draagt bij aan de beste teamsamenstelling voor de engagement teams door middel van gebalanceerde data-based decision making. Je werkt samen met meerdere collega’s om de resourcing uitdagingen op te lossen, rekening houdend met de behoeftes van de business en die van de professionals.

Een analytische focus hebben op data en processen, net als het interessant vinden om met systemen te werken, is de sleutel tot succes. Hierdoor ben je in de gelegenheid om je stakeholders te kunnen beïnvloeden en een waardevolle bijdrage te leveren.
