Leid jouw team naar succes, bepaal de controle strategie en controleer de jaarrekeningen voor toonaangevende bedrijven. Bij Deloitte.

Vacatureomschrijving

  • opstellen van het dienstverleningsplan voor de klant, samen met de Partners en Managers;
  • identificeren van probleemgebieden en risico’s bij de klant en met concrete adviezen komen;
  • verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de input die nodig is voor interne en externe rapportages voor de klant;
  • voor de minder ervaren collega’s in je controle team ben je dé vraagbaak en je helpt hen zodat zij maximaal kunnen presteren;
  • het blijven ontwikkelen van je vaardigheden. Zo hebben wij onder andere het Audit Bright Development programma dat je hierin zal ondersteunen;
  • je kan het grote Deloitte netwerk inzetten voor jouw ambities en additionele leermogelijkheden. Tegelijkertijd, zullen we je voorzien van een coach die je hierin zal ondersteunen.

Functie-eisen

Natuurlijk ontdek je graag nieuwe manieren om complexe ideeën op te lossen en weet je het team te motiveren. Bovenal durf je jezelf te zijn. De ware jij. Met je eigen sterke punten, blik op de wereld en persoonlijkheid. Verder heb jij als Senior Accountant Audit:

  • Een afgeronde Master opleiding;
  • een voltooide opleiding tot Registeraccountant (RA) of je bent momenteel bezig met deze opleiding;
  • minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Accountant;
  • uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Aanvullende informatie

Als Senior Accountant ben je een onmisbaar eerste aanspreekpunt binnen het Audit Team. Met jouw expertise bedien je diverse klanten, controleer je complexe posten in de jaarrekening en help je bij het bepalen van de controle strategie. Op ons kantoor in Rotterdam werk je met (middel)grote nationale en internationale ondernemingen, waar je ook een verschil kunt maken op het gebied van ESG (duurzaamheid). We werken in een hybride model, waardoor je op kantoor kunt werken, vanuit een klant locatie door heel Nederland, of vanuit huis.

Voor deze mogelijkheid bieden wij startdatum 1 september (2026) en 1 januari (2027) aan. Mocht jij eerder willen beginnen dan is dit in overleg.
