Vacatureomschrijving

  • Doorgrond de uitdagingen van onze klanten en vertaal strategische ambities naar innovatieve, op maat gemaakte oplossingen op het gebied van (Gen)AI, data, analytics en automation
  • Draag bij aan de ontwikkeling en oplevering van projecten binnen het domein van AI, (Gen)AI, data en analytics, waarbij je samenwerkt met collega's uit verschillende disciplines en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor kwalitatief hoogstaande resultaten binnen jouw werkstroom
  • Ondersteun klanten bij het inrichten van governance, operating modellen en datamanagementfundamenten die essentieel zijn voor duurzame AI- en datagedreven transformaties
  • Beoordeel de organisatorische volwassenheid voor een AI- en datatransformatie en help de organisatie op weg door business, functionele en technische vereisten te verzamelen
  • Visualiseer je inzichten in heldere presentaties en gebruik data storytelling om de strategische waarde en impact van (Gen)AI richting stakeholders te onderbouwen;
  • Help bij het faciliteren van commerciële initiatieven zoals workshops, seminars en het ontwikkelen van whitepapers
  • Draag bij aan het identificeren van nieuwe zakelijke kansen en aan het opstellen van klantvoorstellen
  • Ontwikkel jezelf, coach en begeleid junior teamleden in hun professionele groei, en draag bij aan interne proposities, trainingen en innovatie.

Functie-eisen

Natuurlijk ga je op zoek naar de vraag áchter de vraag en ontdek je graag nieuwe manieren om complexe problemen op te lossen. Je weet van nature te inspireren, denkt strategisch en werkt met oog voor detail. Bovenal durf je jezelf te zijn. De ware jij. Met je eigen sterke punten, blik op de wereld en persoonlijkheid. Verder heb jij als (Senior) Consultant AI Insights & Engagement:

  • Een afgeronde masteropleiding, bij voorkeur in Econometrie, Natuurkunde, (Toegepaste) Wiskunde, Data Science, Informatica, Artificial Intelligence, (Technische) Bedrijfskunde, Business Analytics, Business Information Management, Politieke Wetenschappen, Sociale Wetenschappen of Bestuurskunde
  • 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in data, analytics, AI en/of automation; ervaring in consulting is een pré
  • Ervaring met het ontwikkelen en (mede) implementeren van AI- en dataoplossingen;
  • Technische en programmeerervaring in Python en SQL is een pré
  • Kennis van of interesse in actuele trends en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van AI, data governance, operating modellen en veranderingsprocessen
  • Ervaring met het opbouwen van relaties en het samenwerken met zowel klanten als teamleden
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een uitstekende beheersing van geschreven en gesproken Engels (minimaal C1); Kennis van de Nederlandse taal is een pluspunt.
  • Strategische en organisatorische vaardigheden, aangetoond via relevante activiteiten of ervaring

Als (Senior) Consultant binnen het team AI Insights & Engagement (onderdeel van AI&D) werk jij op het snijvlak van data, analytics en (Gen)AI. Je helpt organisaties hun strategische ambities te vertalen naar concrete, op maat gemaakte AI- en dataoplossingen die hen laten transformeren tot toekomstbestendige organisaties.

Je maakt impact door data om te zetten in waardevolle inzichten, door end-to-end AI- en dataoplossingen mee te ontwikkelen, en door klanten te ondersteunen bij het inrichten van de governance, operating modellen en datafundamenten die nodig zijn om AI- en datagedreven transformaties duurzaam te laten slagen. Je zorgt ervoor dat mensen, processen, technologie en data goed op elkaar zijn afgestemd om maximale waarde te creëren..
