Geef vorm aan de toekomst van finance. Sluit je aan bij ons gespecialiseerde Blockchain & Digital Assets-team en help klanten bij het begrijpen, ontwerpen en implementeren van nieuwe businessmodellen die mogelijk worden gemaakt door stablecoins, tokenization en digital assets. Bij Deloitte.

Vacatureomschrijving

Als (Senior) Consultant Blockchain & Digital Assets help je klanten hun weg te vinden in de snel veranderende wereld van digital assets. Je werkt samen met toonaangevende financiële instellingen en ondernemingen om te bepalen waar stablecoins en tokenization echte waarde kunnen creëren, en hoe zij zich in de markt kunnen onderscheiden.

Jouw rol is niet die van technisch architect. In plaats daarvan treed je op als business consultant en vertrouwde adviseur, en help je klanten om strategische ambities te vertalen naar de praktijk.

Je ondersteunt klanten bij het beantwoorden van vragen zoals:

  • Welke use cases rond stablecoins en tokenization zijn commercieel waardevol?
  • Hoe kunnen tokenized assets of op stablecoins gebaseerde modellen, producten, processen, liquiditeit, settlement of klantproposities verbeteren?
  • Welke capaciteiten, partnerships, governance en controls zijn nodig om deze oplossingen naar de markt te brengen?
  • Hoe bepalen regelgeving, risico’s, technologie en commerciële overwegingen de toekomst?

Je werkt samen met specialisten op het gebied van technologie, risk, compliance, legal, strategie en de uitvoering om ervoor te zorgen dat aanbevelingen robuust en haalbaar zijn en aansluiten op de bredere bedrijfsdoelstellingen van de klant.

Je maakt deel uit van een team dat innovatie aanjaagt binnen Deloitte en bij onze klanten. Jouw werk helpt financiële instellingen en ondernemingen te begrijpen hoe stablecoins en tokenization markten kunnen hervormen, nieuwe verdienmodellen kunnen creëren en de manier waarop waarde wordt uitgegeven, uitgewisseld en beheerd kunnen transformeren.

Functie-eisen

  • 2 tot 4 jaar werkervaring

Je hebt ervaring in consulting, financiële dienstverlening, fintech, capital markets, banking, strategie, operations, regelgeving, technologie of een aanverwant vakgebied. Je begrijpt hoe organisaties werken en hoe je met business stakeholders omgaat.

  • Een sterke businessconsulting-mindset

Je kunt complexe vraagstukken structureren, heldere aanbevelingen ontwikkelen, workstreams aansturen en onder druk hoogwaardige resultaten leveren. Je voelt je prettig bij ambiguïteit en weet helderheid te brengen in opkomende onderwerpen.

  • Interesse in stablecoins, tokenization en digital assets

Je bent oprecht nieuwsgierig naar stablecoins, tokenization, getokeniseerde assets en de toekomst van financiële markten. Je hoeft geen technisch expert te zijn, maar je wilt graag begrijpen hoe deze concepten zakelijke waarde creëren.

  • Analytisch en gestructureerd probleemoplossend vermogen

Je kunt strategische, commerciële, operationele en regulatoire uitdagingen opdelen in heldere componenten en vertalen naar praktische acties.

  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden

Je kunt complexe onderwerpen helder en toegankelijk uitleggen, je boodschap afstemmen op verschillende doelgroepen en overtuigende presentaties en geschreven materialen maken.

  • Stakeholdermanagement

Je werkt met vertrouwen samen met klanten en collega's uit verschillende disciplines. Je kunt verwachtingen managen, de juiste vragen stellen en vertrouwen opbouwen bij senior stakeholders.

  • Een ondernemende en proactieve houding

Je neemt initiatief, signaleert kansen en helpt projecten vooruit. Je wacht niet af tot je precies verteld wordt wat je moet doen, je denkt vooruit en brengt energie in het team.

  • Een collaboratieve instelling

Je werkt graag in multidisciplinaire teams en staat open om te leren van experts in risk, compliance, technologie, legal, operations en strategie.

  • Vloeiend Engels

Essentieel voor klantcontact en samenwerking binnen het team.

  • Masterdiploma (WO) Vereist.

Pré's

  • Ervaring in financiële dienstverlening, fintech, capital markets, banking, asset management of marktinfrastructuur
  • Ervaring met business-caseontwikkeling, operating-modelontwerp, marktanalyse of strategieprojecten
  • Bekendheid met regulatoire onderwerpen zoals AML, KYC, MiCA of regelgeving rond digital assets
  • Begrip van blockchain, smart contracts, distributed ledger technology, stablecoins, tokenization of concepten rond getokeniseerde assets
  • Ervaring met het faciliteren van workshops of presenteren aan senior stakeholders
  • Bijdragen aan communities rond fintech, digital assets, innovatie of opkomende technologie
  • Certificeringen of trainingen op het gebied van blockchain, digital assets, stablecoins, tokenization, financiële dienstverlening of strategie
