Bedrijfsomschrijving

Geopolitieke spanningen, hybride dreigingen, cyberrisico’s, desinformatie, verstoringen van vitale infrastructuur en kwetsbaarheden in de samenleving veranderen het dreigingslandschap en maken het complexer. Als (Senior) Consultant houd jij je bezig met weerbaarheidsvraagstukken binnen het domein Defensie en Nationale Veiligheid. Bij Deloitte.

Vacatureomschrijving

Je voert klantopdrachten uit op het snijvlak van weerbaarheid, defensie en nationale veiligheid. Je werkt samen met multidisciplinaire Deloitte-teams en stakeholders bij klanten aan praktische oplossingen die bijdragen aan een veiliger en stabieler Nederland.

Je werkzaamheden kunnen onder meer bestaan uit het:

  • Uitvoeren van projecten op het gebied van weerbaarheid, crisismanagement, bedrijfscontinuïteit en veiligheidstransformatie;
  • Oppakken van projectmanagement taken voor- en het zijn van de drijvende kracht achter (gedeeltes van) deze projecten;
  • Adviseren van klanten binnen de sector Defensie en Nationale Veiligheid over strategische voorbereiding en respons;
  • Ontwerpen van operationele modellen, governance structuren, scenario’s, oefeningen en roadmaps voor implementatiedoeleinden, evenals het ontwerpen en faciliteren van interactieve werkvormen;
  • Samenwerken met andere Deloitte teams aan de ontwikkeling van innovatieve oplossingen en nieuwe proposities, onder andere door het inzetten van tooling;
  • Coachen van analisten en werkstudenten en hen helpen zich professioneel en persoonlijk te ontwikkelen.

Functie-eisen

Natuurlijk ontdek je graag nieuwe manieren om complexe problemen op te lossen en bundel je graag de krachten van collega's. Bovenal durf je jezelf te zijn. De ware jij. Met je eigen sterke punten, blik op de wereld en persoonlijkheid. Verder heb jij als (Senior) Consultant:

  • Een adviesgerichte instelling en je neemt relevante ervaring binnen defensie, nationale veiligheid, weerbaarheid, veiligheid of een aanverwant vakgebied met je mee. Of je bent een ervaren professional in de publieke sector, werkzaam op het gebied van defensie, nationale veiligheid en weerbaarheid, en wilt de overstap maken naar een adviesrol;
  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen consultancy, op de thema’s van defensie, nationale veiligheid, security of weerbaarheid;
  • Een duidelijke interesse in de defensie- en nationale veiligheidsagenda in Nederland en Europa;
  • Ervaring met het uitvoeren van (complexe) projecten en programma’s, het managen van stakeholders en beschik je over basiskennis van projectmanagement. Ervaring met het aansturen van collega’s is een pré;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands op moedertaalniveau (en bij voorkeur Engels), zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Sterke analytische en sociale vaardigheden. Zo ben je proactief, teamgericht, gestructureerd en een echte probleemoplosser. Daarnaast beschik je over het vermogen om integer, discreet en met professioneel oordeelsvermogen te handelen;
  • Een afgeronde masteropleiding in de sociale wetenschappen, communicatiewetenschappen, internationale betrekkingen, security studies, bestuurskunde, security- en risicomanagement, informatica of een ander relevant vakgebied;
  • De Nederlandse nationaliteit, omdat werkzaamheden voor klanten een screening en veiligheidsmachtiging vereisen.
