Wil jij bijdragen aan onze Private Equity-praktijk en ervoor zorgen dat we onze klanten zo goed mogelijk kunnen bedienen? Onze teams bieden consultants strategische en operationele ondersteuning. Draag bij aan ons gezamenlijke succes en maak het verschil als Senior Manager Origination (m/v/x). Bij Deloitte.

Vacatureomschrijving

Als Senior Manager (m/v/x) maak je deel uit van een team dat kansen in de markt identificeert voor Private Equity-firma’s en hun portfoliobedrijven, hen ondersteunt bij het verkennen van deze kansen en hen in contact brengt met de benodigde expertise binnen Deloitte.

  • Aanbod: In deze rol ontwikkel en onderhoud je een pipeline van M&A-kansen. Om deze pipeline op te bouwen, werk je nauw samen met teams uit verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen en sectoren, met leaders en teams op het gebied van investor relations en origination, en met externe contacten.
  • Daarnaast bepaal je welke bredere kansen binnen Deloitte centraal moeten staan bij de businessdevelopmentactiviteiten voor Private Equity (PE). Je leidt het businessdevelopmentproces en ontwikkelt content, wat bijdraagt aan beter ingerichte end-to-end-originationprocessen.
  • Analyse en implementatie: Naast sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden voor verschillende gelijktijdige businessdevelopmentactiviteiten, zijn marktkennis en -analyse belangrijke succesfactoren voor deze functie.
  • Aanspreekpunt: Je bent het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor alle businessdevelopmentactiviteiten op het gebied van PE-origination en hebt veel contact met origination- en businessdevelopmentteams binnen het wereldwijde netwerk van Deloitte.
  • Innovatie: Je vertegenwoordigt jouw vakgebied bij de ontwikkeling van een innovatieve originationtool en leidt daarnaast verschillende initiatieven op het gebied van origination en Private Equity.

Functie-eisen

Jouw profiel:

  • Opleiding in economie of bedrijfskundige informatica.
  • Ruime werkervaring op het gebied van Business Development, Strategie of Corporate Finance (bijvoorbeeld bij een investeringsbank, een kredietinstelling, een M&A-boetiek of een consultancy-/adviesbureau).
  • Bij voorkeur specifieke expertise in bepaalde industriële sectoren.
  • Betrokken teamspeler die zelfstandig kan werken, over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en enige leidinggevende ervaring beschikt, en goede kennis heeft van MS Office, met name Excel en PowerPoint.
  • Zeer goede mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
