Deloitte zoekt ervaren Senior Managers om multidisciplinaire pensioen- en verzekerings-teams te leiden. Maak impact bij de leidende technology pensioenconsultancy.

Je landt in de ‘Technology Strategy & Transformation’ tak van Deloitte vanuit deze offering sturen we grote transformaties aan, als Strategisch consultant, implementatie specialist of bijvoorbeeld Enterprise Architect.

  • Je leidt projectteams en bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, budgettering en de kwaliteit van de deliverables. Je zorgt voor de juiste structuur van projecten en faciliteert de goedkeuring van topmanagement bij klanten voor voorgestelde oplossingen.
  • Je managet dagelijkse interactie met het leiderschap van de klant en zorgt ervoor dat je de risico's en uitdagingen begrijpt, en biedt op basis van ervaring doeltreffende oplossingen.
  • Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt relaties met (top)management van klanten, leidt business development activiteiten en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van voorstellen en pricingstrategieën.
  • Je begeleidt en coacht junior en medior teamleden
  • Je brengt actuele kennis in, bijvoorbeeld op het vlak van pensioen- en verzekeringsproducten, -processen en systemen en ontwikkelt die kennis verder binnen het team.
  • Je hebt een visie op de ontwikkelingen van de Pensioen en verzekerings sector en de uitdagingen en kansen die dit met zich meebrengt.

  • Minimaal 8 jaar relevante werkervaring, bijvoorbeeld in consulting en de financiële sector, bij een verzekeraar, pensioenuitvoerder of vermogensbeheerder
  • een universitaire masteropleiding;
  • aantoonbare ervaring met het runnen van bedrijfstransformaties, het optimaliseren van processen en het uitvoeren van complexe projecten en programma’s;
  • een netwerk binnen de pensioen- en verzekeringssector en begrip van de huidige trends, uitdagingen en ontwikkelingen;
  • uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift;
  • affiniteit met ondernemerschap en het verder ontwikkelen en groeien van een team.
