  • Je leidt grootschalige implementatieprojecten met een flexibele managementstijl.
  • Je geeft leiding aan multidisciplinaire teams, met aandacht voor culturele diversiteit en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
  • Je vervult een voorbeeldrol binnen de afdeling en in de markt als onderdeel van de toonaangevende Cloud-implementatiepartner van Nederland.
  • Je begrijpt bedrijfsstrategieën en vertaalt deze naar cloudgebaseerde HCM-strategieën.
  • Je adviseert over innovatieve oplossingen, zoals Workday AI-oplossingen (Sana, Pardox, HiredScore), AI-gestuurde analyses en automatisering, en bewezen configuratieprincipes om HR-processen, gebruikerservaring en operationele efficiëntie te optimaliseren, Waarbij je het gebruik van AI kan uitleggen.
  • Je geeft richting aan cultuur, teambetrokkenheid, competentieontwikkeling, recruitment en de ontwikkeling van tools en methodologieën. Daarnaast stimuleer je de adoptie van HR-technologie en AI (waaronder Workday AI-oplossingen en agentic AI) om efficiëntie, inzicht en kwaliteit van dienstverlening te verbeteren.

Functie-eisen

  • Je bent klaar voor een uitdaging. Je weet een team te inspireren en aan te sturen om uitstekende resultaten te behalen. Je durft nieuwe dingen uit te proberen en blijft jezelf ontwikkelen. Je bent commercieel ingesteld en kunt de behoeften van klanten herkennen en begrijpen. Voor de functie van Manager Workday HCM beschik je daarnaast over:
  • Minimaal 6 jaar professionele ervaring met Workday HCM-implementaties, met diepgaande HR proceskennis en aantoonbare leiderschapskwaliteiten.
  • Bij voorkeur een bachelor- of masterdiploma. Kandidaten met een Nederlands hbo-diploma worden eveneens in overweging genomen wanneer zij beschikken over aanzienlijke project ervaring.
  • Ruime ervaring in het managen van HCM-projecten en het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties.
  • Uitgebreide kennis van Workday HCM binnen meerdere modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, enzovoort).
  • Expertise in AI-gedreven HR-oplossingen, waaronder praktische ervaring met Workday AI-innovaties (Sana, Pardox, HiredScore) en het vermogen om AI strategisch toe te passen in klantprojecten en interne processen.
  • Affiniteit met data, workflows, HR-architectuur en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken in internationale teams.
  • Sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een proactieve instelling en aantoonbare betrokkenheid bij het realiseren van werkbare oplossingen.
  • Ervaring met werken in teams en plezier in het coachen van anderen.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal, mondeling en schriftelijk.

Aanvullende informatie

Met jouw ervaring in Workday HCM initieer, ontwerp en leid je grootschalige HCM-implementaties voor multinationale klanten. Je stuurt multidisciplinaire teams en partnerorganisaties aan om een soepele uitvoering te waarborgen, helpt klanten nieuwe manieren van werken en begeleidt jongere collega's in hun ontwikkeling.

Met jouw strategische inzicht in HCM-processen adviseer je over en implementeer je oplossingen binnen uiteenlopende projecten. Daarbij maak je gebruik van Workday AI-oplossingen en aanvullende HR-technologieën om processen te stroomlijnen, bruikbare inzichten te genereren en de medewerkerservaring te verbeteren.
