Help organisaties hun payroll moderniseren en stroomlijnen met jouw implementatie-expertise bij softwareleveranciers en payroll-dienstverleners. Bij Deloitte.

Vacatureomschrijving

  • Adviseren van organisaties over payroll- en HR-administratieprocessen en -governance, compliance en lokale wetgeving;
  • Implementeren en begeleiden van payroll-oplossingen, inclusief integratie met HR-systemen en payroll‑dienstverleners;
  • Leidinggeven aan (deel)projecten rond payroll-implementatie, verandering en procesoptimalisatie;
  • Opzetten en verbeteren van de gebruikerservaring rondom HR-administratie en payroll (self-service, portals, reporting);
  • Beheren van relaties met softwareleveranciers en payroll providers en fungeren als schakel tussen de klant en de leverancier;
  • Bijdragen aan business development en het ontwikkelen van proposities op het gebied van payroll;
  • Werken met een breed scala aan leveranciers: van grote HCM-cloudplatforms (zoals SAP, Oracle, Workday) tot gespecialiseerde payroll-dienstverleners en -platforms (zoals ADP, Strada, SD Worx en andere lokale/regionale aanbieders).

Functie-eisen

Als Senior Payroll Consultant lever je kwalitatief hoogstaande dienstverlening en draag je bij aan business development en innovatie. Je bent betrokken, klantgericht en hands-on. Verder vragen we:

  • Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding (bij voorkeur HR, bedrijfskunde, economie of arbeidsrecht);
  • Minimaal 3–5 jaar werkervaring binnen HR en payroll, bij voorkeur met meerdere implementatieprojecten;
  • Ervaring met implementaties bij zowel softwareleveranciers als payroll-dienstverleners (bijv. ADP, Strada, SD Worx of vergelijkbare providers);
  • Affiniteit met HR-/payrollsystemen en integraties (technische diepgang is een pré, maar ruime proces- en leverancierskennis is belangrijker);
  • Ervaring met procesverbetering en change management rondom payroll;
  • Goed cijfermatig inzicht en ervaring met rapportages/controls binnen payroll;
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.

Als Senior Payroll Consultant help je klanten bij het implementeren en optimaliseren van hun HR- en payroll-strategie en -processen. Je werkt aan opdrachten die gericht zijn op het verbeteren van efficiëntie, het verhogen van kwaliteit en het verbeteren van de gebruikerservaring. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling en innovatie van onze payroll-dienstverlening en help je mee met nieuwe proposities en samenwerkingen.

Je werkt binnen de HR Transformatie praktijk van Human Capital Consulting en maakt onderdeel uit van een multidisciplinair team dat organisaties begeleidt bij hun HR-transformatie en payroll-transities.
