Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle medewerkers op de hoogte zijn van de laatste ontwikkelingen en inzichten. Bij Deloitte.

Vacatureomschrijving

  • ondersteunen bij het beantwoorden van communicatievragen via de interne mailbox en andere kanalen;
  • projectdoelstellingen vertalen naar praktische contentplanningen en deadlines bewaken;
  • ondersteunen bij interne campagnes, van concept tot publicatie;
  • content schrijven, redigeren en publiceren voor intranet, app, e-mail en schermen;
  • bijdragen aan het beheer en de verbetering van interne kanalen met behulp van analytics en feedback;
  • resultaten en inzichten verzamelen en samenvatten, en met begeleiding verbetervoorstellen doen.

Als echte nieuwsjager wil jij weten wat er speelt binnen de organisatie. Je doet ervaring op op het gebied van Interne Communicatie en content en kunt hierbij jouw creativiteit en vlotte pen goed gebruiken. Binnen onze dynamische afdeling bieden we jou met veel plezier een werkstudentschap voor een periode van minimaal 6 maanden.

Functie-eisen

Je bent nieuwsgierig, zorgvuldig en proactief. Je schrijft graag, hebt oog voor detail en werkt prettig samen. Je staat open voor feedback, neemt initiatief en wilt je ontwikkelen in een dynamische omgeving. Als Werkstudent Interne Communicatie krijg je ruimte om te leren en bij te dragen. Verder voldoe jij als werkstudent Interne Communicatie aan onderstaande:

  • momenteel in de eindfase van een WO-opleiding Communicatie of een relevante studie;
  • beschikbaar op 1 januari 2027 voor minimaal 6 maanden voor ten minste 24 uur per week;
  • Vloeiend in Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk; beheersing van Nederlands is een pré;
  • visie op interne communicatie kunnen toelichten in je motivatie is een pré.
  • je bent flexibel om hybride te werken, we ontmoeten elkaar, afhankelijk van de werkzaamheden en teamdagen, wekelijks op kantoor in Rotterdam en/of Amsterdam.

Als Werkstudent Interne Communicatie zorg je ervoor dat alle Deloitters op de hoogte zijn van de laatste ontwikkelingen en inzichten. Je voert intern onderzoek uit naar het effectief bereiken van partners en medewerkers. Hierbij maak je gebruik van je interne communicatie-expertise en inzicht in het sentiment van de organisatie.
