Gerir de forma corporativa a estratégia de manutenção e gestão de ativos da Democrata, garantindo disponibilidade, confiabilidade, segurança e eficiência de máquinas, equipamentos e instalações das unidades. Liderar as frentes de Manutenção Mecânica, Elétrica, Eletrônica, Patrimonial, Matrizaria e PCM, além de projetos de adequação às Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs), promovendo padronização, inovação, otimização de custos e evolução contínua dos processos de manutenção.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstratégia e Gestão Corporativa: Definir diretrizes, padrões e prioridades da manutenção para todas as unidades.Gestão de Equipes e Lideranças: Gerir as áreas de manutenção e PCM, desenvolvendo lideranças, equipes e sucessores.Planejamento, Indicadores e Gestão de Ativos: Garantir a eficiência dos planos de manutenção, o controle de indicadores e a disponibilidade e confiabilidade dos equipamentos.Gestão de Projetos, Orçamento e Conformidade: Gerenciar projetos, custos, investimentos, infraestrutura e adequação às normas legais e de segurança.Integração Operacional e Melhoria Contínua: Integrar Manutenção às demais áreas, acompanhar a execução no chão de fábrica e implementar soluções para elevar produtividade e reduzir custos.

Requisitos e qualificações- Ensino superior completo em Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Mecatrônica ou áreas correlatas;- Pós-graduação em Gestão da Manutenção, Engenharia de Confiabilidade ou Gestão Industrial será um diferencial;- Experiência sólida em manutenção industrial;- Vivência em gestão de equipes e liderança de gestores ou coordenadores.- Experiência com planejamento e controle da manutenção (PCM), gestão de ativos, orçamento e projetos industriais.
