Empresa do segmento de movimentação de cargas e locação de equipamentos busca profissional para atuar como Gerente de Manutenção, liderando a operação de oficina e a equipe técnica.

Buscamos um profissional com experiência sólida em manutenção de máquinas e equipamentos, especialmente empilhadeiras e equipamentos de movimentação de cargas, além de vivência em liderança de equipes de manutenção.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Gerenciar e acompanhar a equipe de mecânicos e técnicos de manutenção;
  • Atuar como referência na liderança técnica dos mecânicos, orientando e acompanhando a execução dos serviços;
  • Garantir a organização, limpeza e adequado funcionamento da oficina;
  • Acompanhar o cumprimento das atividades e rotinas pelos técnicos;
  • Distribuir e acompanhar as demandas de manutenção;
  • Realizar a roteirização dos mecânicos para atendimento aos clientes;
  • Organizar e acompanhar os atendimentos realizados em campo;
  • Garantir a qualidade e o cumprimento dos prazos dos serviços;
  • Acompanhar a execução de manutenções preventivas e corretivas;
  • Monitorar o desempenho e a produtividade da equipe;
  • Identificar necessidades e apoiar a resolução de problemas técnicos da operação.
  • Graduação completa;
  • Experiência anterior em posições de liderança na área de manutenção, como Gerente, Coordenador ou Supervisor;
  • Experiência com manutenção de máquinas e equipamentos;
  • Conhecimento em manutenção de empilhadeiras, tratores, veículos ou equipamentos de movimentação de cargas;
  • Experiência com liderança de equipes técnicas;
  • Conhecimento de rotinas de oficina e manutenção preventiva e corretiva;
  • Organização e capacidade de gestão das demandas de manutenção e atendimento externo.

Diferenciais:

  • Vivência no segmento de movimentação de cargas;
  • Experiência com manutenção de empilhadeiras;
  • Experiência em empresas de locação de máquinas e equipamentos;
  • Vivência com equipes que realizam atendimento externo a clientes.
