Die Rolle auf einen Blick

Als Engineer AI & Automation (m/w/d) entwickelst und optimierst du AI Agents sowie automatisierte Prozesse, die unsere Arbeitsabläufe intelligenter, effizienter und skalierbarer machen. Du verbindest KI-Technologien mit bestehenden Systemen, gestaltest zuverlässige Datenflüsse und setzt innovative Automatisierungslösungen in die Praxis um. Dabei bringst du eigene Ideen ein und treibst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Prozesse aktiv voran.

So kannst du deinen Beitrag bei uns leisten:

AI Agents & KI-Integration

  • Du entwickelst und optimierst AI Agents sowie LLM-basierte Workflows, um Prozesse intelligenter und effizienter zu gestalten.
  • Du integrierst KI-Technologien in bestehende Anwendungen und entwickelst innovative Automatisierungslösungen.

Workflow-Automatisierung

  • Du konzipierst und optimierst Workflows mit n8n und vergleichbaren Plattformen, um manuelle Prozesse zu automatisieren.
  • Du entwickelst Datenmodelle und Synchronisationslogiken weiter und stellst zuverlässige Datenflüsse sicher.

Systemintegration

  • Du verbindest Systeme wie CRM, Falcon, Microsoft 365 und SAP über REST APIs, Webhooks und weitere Schnittstellen.
  • Du setzt technische Anforderungen in skalierbare Integrationen um und entwickelst bestehende Systemlandschaften kontinuierlich weiter.

Testing & Qualitätssicherung

  • Du testest deine Lösungen, analysierst Fehler und stellst einen zuverlässigen Betrieb sicher.
  • Du sorgst durch Versionierung und technische Dokumentation für wartbare und nachvollziehbare Lösungen.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Fachlicher Background: Du hast eine IT-Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen und bringst idealerweise 2–4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit.
  • AI & Automation: Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit Workflow-Automatisierung, z. B. mit n8n oder Power Automate, und idealerweise bereits LLMs oder AI Agents in Prozesse integriert.
  • Systemintegration: Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in REST APIs, Webhooks und systemübergreifenden Datenflüssen.
  • Daten & Programmierung: Du bringst gute SQL-Kenntnisse sowie praktische Programmiererfahrung mit, z. B. in JavaScript, Python oder PHP.
  • Engineering-Mindset: Du entwickelst eigenständig technische Lösungen, arbeitest strukturiert und legst Wert auf Qualität, Testing und wartbare Implementierungen.
  • Kommunikation & AI-Mindset: Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, arbeitest gerne mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen und hast Freude daran, neue KI-Technologien auszuprobieren und sinnvoll einzusetzen.
