Die Rolle auf einen Blick

Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) Financial Accounting unterstützt du unser Team bei der taggenauen Verbuchung aller debitorischen Geschäftsvorfälle und entwickelst deine Fähigkeiten im Bereich der Finanzbuchhaltung weiter. Du wirkst aktiv daran mit, die Liquidität zu stärken und die Kostentransparenz unserer Abrechnungen zu gewährleisten.

So kannst du deinen Beitrag bei uns leisten:

  • BuchhaltungVerbuchung: Unterstütze bei der taggenauen Verbuchung aller debitorischen Geschäftsvorfälle, um die Einhaltung der Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung sicherzustellen Mahnung: Hilf bei der Durchführung des Mahnwesens und sorge damit für die Werthaltigkeit unserer Forderungen aus Lieferung und Leistung
  • KostenabrechnungKostentransparenz: Bereite eigenverantwortlich internationale Kostenabrechnungen unserer Geschäftspartner auf und prüfe diese, um eine transparente Kostenstruktur zu gewährleisten Weiterbelastung: Unterstütze bei der Weiterbelastung von verauslagten Kosten an unsere Geschäftspartner und trage so zur Stärkung der Liquidität bei
  • FinanzberichterstattungMonatsabschlüsse: Wirke bei der Erstellung des Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlusses mit, um eine präzise Finanzberichterstattung sicherzustellen Bankbuchungen: Verbuche täglich die Geschäftsvorfälle aus Bankauszügen, um einen aktuellen Überblick über die Unternehmensfinanzen zu erhalten

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Aktuelle Immatrikulation: Du bist immatrikuliert in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich BWL o.Ä., idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder Accounting
  • Zahlenaffinität: Eine ausgeprägte Affinität für Zahlen und Spaß an betriebswirtschaftlichen Analysen prägen deine Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative: Du zeigst Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Teamfähigkeit: Ein hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit zeichnet dich aus
  • Excel-Kenntnisse: Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS Excel sind für dich selbstverständlich
  • KI-Mindset: Du begegnest neuen Technologien mit Neugier und hast Lust, KI-Tools etwa für Datenanalysen und Prozessautomatisierung aktiv in deinen Arbeitsalltag zu integrieren.
