Wir sind eine familiäre Praxis mit drei behandelnden Zahnärztinnen, in der ein kollegiales Miteinander und Teamarbeit großgeschrieben werden. Bei uns wird das gesamte Spektrum der Zahnheilkunde abgedeckt. Die Arbeit ist volldigital, wir arbeiten mit modernster Zahntechnik und Anwendungen wie z. B. digitaler Anamnese. Wir bieten flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle, sowohl in Vollzeit als auch in Teilzeit. Bei uns sollen sich alle wohlfühlen :-).

Aufgaben:

  • Zentrale Ansprechperson rund um das Praxismanagement
  • Selbstständige Organisation und Koordination der Praxisabläufe
  • Fortwährende Optimierung der Praxisabläufe
  • Unterstützung aller Mitarbeiter*innen während der Einarbeitung und der individuellen Weiterbildung
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Praxispersonal, zahnärztlicher Leitung und externen Ansprechpersonen
  • Steuerung des Qualitäts- und Hygienemanagements

Qualifikation:

  • Relevante Berufserfahrung im Praxismanagement oder vergleichbarer Funktion
  • Idealerweise eine Fortbildung im Bereich Praxis- oder Gesundheitsmanagement
  • Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie freundliches und emphatisches Auftreten
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
