Für unsere Region NRW mit Praxen in Bonn, Duisburg, Düsseldorf, Münster, Velbert, Grevenbroich, Dortmund und Bottrop suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten regionalen Zahntechnikermeister (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit, der unsere Teams mit seiner Expertise unterstützt, sie berät, innovative Lösungen aufzeigt und die moderne Zahntechnik in der Region aktiv vorantreibt.

Aufgaben:

  • Zahntechnisches Unternehmertum: Sie denken und handeln unternehmerisch und bringen so neue Impulse in unsere Praxen.
  • Beratung & Begleitung: Sie stehen unseren Teams als kompetenter Ansprechpartner zur Seite, beraten praxisnah und geben klare Orientierung.
  • Mehr als Technik: Gute Zahntechnik beherrschen viele - Ihre besondere Stärke liegt in Beratung und aktivem Verkauf, mit denen Sie echten Mehrwert für unsere Praxen schaffen.
  • Fachliche Expertise: Sie stellen höchste Qualität in allen zahntechnischen Bereichen sicher und sorgen für den Transfer moderner Technologien in unsere Praxen.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Sie arbeiten eng mit ZahnärztInnen, PraxismanagerInnen und Assistenz Teams zusammen und unterstützen bei der Umsetzung innovativer Lösungen.

Qualifikation:

  • Zahntechniker (m/w/d): Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung.
  • Digital Affin: Sie arbeiten gerne mit modernen Technologien und digitalen Prozessen.
  • Beratungskompetenz: Sie treten sicher auf und können ZahnärztInnen wie auch Teams kompetent beraten.
  • Erfahrung: Sie haben idealerweise über 10 Jahre eng mit ZahnärztInnen in einer Praxis zusammengearbeitet.
  • Kommunikativ: Sie zeichnen sich durch eine offene und klare Kommunikation aus und haben Freude an Austausch und Zusammenarbeit.
  • Verkaufsorientierung: Sie können Leistungen überzeugend präsentieren und erfolgreich vermarkten.
