Aufgaben:

  • Du betreust unsere Patient*innen vollumfänglich – vor, während und nach der Behandlung
  • Du assistierst bei zahnmedizinischen Behandlungen und dokumentierst diese digital
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Anleitung, Einarbeitung und Unterstützung der ZFA-Kolleg*innen
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der Hygienestandards und die Aufbereitung der Instrumente
  • Du unterstützt die Praxisleitung bei der Organisation von Dienstplänen, Materialbestellungen und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Du bist erste/r Ansprechpartner/in im Team für Fragen rund um Abläufe, Prozesse und Zusammenarbeit

Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Zahnmedizinischen Fachangestellten (ZFA) – zwingend erforderlich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Assistenz
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Organisation, Teamkoordination oder Mitarbeiterführung
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Empathie und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Teamgeist und Freude daran, Kolleg*innen zu motivieren und anzuleiten
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit digitaler Praxissoftware
