Aufgaben:

  • Persönlicher, telefonischer und digitaler Empfang unserer Patient*innen
  • Koordination von Terminen und Kommunikation mit Neu- und Bestandspatient*innen
  • Arbeiten mit unserer volldigitalen Praxissoftware – du behältst den Überblick
  • Organisation von Folge- und Recall-Terminen sowie Terminierung von Heil- und Kostenplänen

Was bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte (ZFA) – von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Rezeption oder Patientenempfang wünschenswert
  • Professionelles und herzliches Auftreten im Umgang mit Patient*innen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise – auch in stressigen Situationen
  • Freude an Teamarbeit, Organisation und Kommunikation
