Buscamos alguém mão na massa, organizado e com boa comunicação para cuidar de rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, recrutamento e seleção e desenvolvimento, sempre com foco em padronização e melhoria contínua.

  • Conduzir processos de recrutamento e seleção junto a gestores e franqueados.
  • Executar rotinas de DP: admissões, desligamentos, férias, ponto e folha.
  • Organizar e manter atualizados documentos e cadastros de colaboradores.
  • Coordenar integração e acompanhar período de experiência.
  • Apoiar treinamentos, avaliações de desempenho e ações de desenvolvimento.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de RH, clima e engajamento.
  • Orientar gestores sobre políticas internas, garantindo prazos e confidencialidade.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia como Analista de RH Pleno, com atuação generalista.
  • Vivência em recrutamento e seleção por competências.
  • Conhecimento sólido em rotinas de DP e legislação trabalhista (CLT).
  • Experiência com admissões, desligamentos, férias, ponto e folha.
  • Domínio de Excel e Pacote Office; uso de sistemas de RH e plataformas de R&S.
  • Organização, atenção a detalhes, confidencialidade e postura ética.
  • Boa comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e equilíbrio sob pressão.

Diferenciais:

  • Atuação anterior em redes de franquias ou empresas de serviços.
  • Experiência com indicadores de RH, clima e engajamento.
  • Conhecimento prático de LGPD aplicada a dados de colaboradores.
  • Vivência com programas de treinamento e avaliação de desempenho.
  • Perfil proativo, com foco em melhoria contínua e padronização de processos.
