Somos uma clínica odontológica em crescimento, com foco em qualidade, atendimento humano e processos bem estruturados. Buscamos alguém com visão de dono para gerir pessoas, indicadores e rotinas da unidade.

  • Gerir a operação diária da clínica, garantindo padrão de atendimento.
  • Liderar, desenvolver e engajar a equipe administrativa e de apoio.
  • Acompanhar metas, indicadores e resultados da unidade.
  • Organizar agendas, fluxos de atendimento e processos internos.
  • Atuar próximo ao time comercial para aumento de faturamento.
  • Garantir excelência no relacionamento com pacientes.
  • Implementar melhorias contínuas na rotina da unidade.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia como gerente, coordenador(a) ou supervisor(a) de unidade/loja/clínica.
  • Vivência com gestão de equipes presenciais e rotinas operacionais.
  • Conhecimento de indicadores (metas, faturamento, produtividade, NPS etc.).
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho 100% presencial.
  • Boa comunicação, organização e perfil mão na massa.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em clínicas odontológicas, médicas ou estética.
  • Atuação anterior em redes/franquias de serviços.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão (CRM, sistemas de clínica ou varejo).
  • Histórico de crescimento de resultados em unidades sob sua gestão.
