  • Apoiar processos de recrutamento e seleção (triagem, contato com candidatos, agendamento)
  • Auxiliar na integração de novas pessoas colaboradoras
  • Organizar e atualizar arquivos e controles de RH
  • Apoiar rotinas de ponto, benefícios e documentação
  • Dar suporte em ações de clima, engajamento e comunicação interna
  • Auxiliar em treinamentos e registros de participação
  • Contribuir com ideias para melhorar processos de RH

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Estar cursando graduação em Administração, Gestão de RH ou áreas correlatas
  • Disponibilidade para estágio presencial
  • Boa comunicação oral e escrita em português
  • Organização, atenção a detalhes e vontade de aprender
  • Conhecimentos básicos de pacote Office ou Google Workspace

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência prévia (mesmo que breve) em RH, atendimento ou áreas administrativas
  • Interesse em carreira na área de Recursos Humanos
  • Facilidade para lidar com pessoas e resolver problemas do dia a dia
  • Participação em projetos acadêmicos, voluntariado ou centros acadêmicos
