Wir suchen ab sofort eine:n Dealer Business & Quality Development Manager (m/w/d) für den After Sales Bereich, der unsere Händlerstandorte in ganz Österreich betreut.

Ihre Mission bei uns

  • Umfassende Unterstützung der österreichischen BYD Händler in allen After Sales-Bereichen
  • Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch gezielte Programme, Analysen und Maßnahmen
  • Bearbeitung und professionelle Lösung von Kundenanfragen und Beanstandungen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von qualitäts- und ertragssteigernden Programmen
  • Erstellung von Maßnahmenplänen sowie Monitoring der Umsetzung
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Backoffice, Händlern und Kunden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern

Ihr Profil als Zukunftsgestalter:in

  • Langjährige Erfahrung im Kundendienst, idealerweise im Automotive-Bereich
  • Technischer Background (im KFZ Bereich) von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie offene, kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit
  • Positive Einstellung, hohe Motivation und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Exzellenter Umgang mit Kunden – Beschwerden verstehen Sie als Chance, Beziehungen zu stärken
  • Kaufmännisches Grundwissen und Verständnis für Marketing-Themen
