Unser Tochterunternehmen Denzel Robotics GmbH ist seit über drei Jahren im Geschäftsbereich Robotics aktiv. Als Partner von Gausium Robotics mit den weltweit fortschrittlichsten autonomen Bodenreinigungsrobotern sind wir in den letzten Jahren nicht nur zum österreichischen Marktführer, sondern auch zu einem der größten Importeure für mobile, autonome Reinigungsrobotik in Europa aufgestiegen. Aufgrund des unserer Wachstumsstrategie folgenden exponentiellen Wachstums möchten wir unsere Organisation weiter entwickeln. Diese Strategie möchten wir mit Ihnen gemeinsam umsetzen und suchen dafür für unser Import Headquarter in 2355 Wiener Neudorf einen Field Service Engineer (m/w/d).

Ihre Mission bei uns

  • Durchführung geplanter Wartungen, Verschleißteiltausch und Software-Updates bei unseren Kunden gemäß Servicepaketen
  • Garantiearbeiten und Break-and-Fix-Reparaturen vor Ort sowie Ferndiagnose
  • Kleinere Anpassungen an Roboter-Mappings bei Bestandskunden
  • Digitale Erfassung Ihrer Einsätze direkt beim Kunden (Servicebericht, Zeiten, verbaute Teile)
  • Verantwortung für Ihr Fahrzeuglager mit Ersatz- und Verschleißteilen
  • Aufnahme und Dokumentation von Garantiefällen
  • Unterstützung in Werkstatt und Lager an unserem Standort Wiener Neudorf inklusive Vertretung unseres Werkstatttechnikers
  • Einsatzschwerpunkt Ostösterreich

Ihr Profil als Zukunftsgestalter:in

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre oder HTL) z.B. im Bereich Elektronik, Mechatronik oder Elektrotechnik
  • Alternativ mehrjährige Erfahrung in Wartung, Reparatur oder technischem Kundendienst, idealerweise bei Reinigungsmaschinen; das Robotik-Know-How vermitteln wir Ihnen
  • Affinität zu Software, Sensorik und digitalen Werkzeugen
  • Kundenorientierung und souveränes Auftreten
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Führerschein B, hohe Reisebereitschaft (vor allem tageweise, vereinzelnd mit Übernachtung) und zeitliche Flexibilität
