Als Partner von Gausium Robotics mit den weltweit fortschrittlichsten autonomen Bodenreinigungsrobotern sind wir in den letzten Jahren nicht nur zum österreichischen Marktführer, sondern auch zu einem der größten Importeure für mobile, autonome Reinigungsrobotik in Europa aufgestiegen. Aufgrund des unserer Wachstumsstrategie folgenden exponentiellen Wachstums möchten wir unsere Organisation weiter entwickeln. Diese Strategie möchten wir mit Ihnen gemeinsam umsetzen und suchen dafür für unser Import Headquarter in 2355 Wiener Neudorf einen Service & Repair Technician (m/w/d).

Ihre Mission bei uns

  • Diagnose, Reparatur und Funktionsprüfung von Reinigungsrobotern in unserer Werkstatt
  • Direkte technische Abstimmung mit den Technikabteilungen unseres Herstellers in Shanghai – auf Chinesisch und Englisch
  • Fehleranalysen, Software- und Firmware-Themen sowie technische Klärung von Garantiefällen gemeinsam mit dem Hersteller
  • Aufbereitung technischer Herstellerinformationen für unser Service-Team und Unterstützung unserer Servicetechniker bei Ferndiagnosen
  • Instandhaltung und Management unserer Demoflotte sowie Vorbereitung von Geräten für Messen und Schauraum
  • Mitverantwortung für das Lagermanagement von Robotern, Ersatz- und Verschleißteilen
  • Bestückung der Fahrzeuglager unserer Servicetechniker und Mitwirkung bei Inventuren

Ihr Profil als Zukunftsgestalter:in

  • Sehr gute Chinesischkenntnisse (Mandarin)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektronik, Mechatronik oder Elektrotechnik
  • Erfahrung in Fehleranalyse, Werkstatt, Reparatur oder technischem Service
  • Staplerschein oder Bereitschaft, diesen auf Firmenkosten zu erwerben
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ERP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
