Zur Verstärkung unseres IT-Teams suchen wir zum sofortigen Eintritt für unsere Unternehmenszentrale in 1030 Wien eine/n engagiert/en IT Support Allrounder (m/w/d).

Ihre Mission bei uns

  • 1st- und 2nd Level IT-Support: Unterstützung der Anwender: innen bei Anfragen und Störungen von IT-Systemen sowie unserer Markenapplikationen
  • Betreuung des internen Ticketsystems, Unterstützung am IT-HelpDesk
  • Konfiguration, Betreuung & Verwaltung unserer mobilen Geräteinfrastruktur (VoIP Telefonie & Mobile Device Management samt SIM Karten Administration)
  • Administration (1st- und 2nd Level) unserer HCL Notes Landschaft
  • Tenant- & Lizenzverwaltung der Microsoft 365 / Entra Umgebung
  • Betreuung der Druckerinfrastruktur (FollowMe, Labeldrucker, usw.)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern zur Sicherstellung des reibungslosen IT-Betriebs und der Behebung von Störungen
  • Mitarbeit bei neuen IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten – Einführung & Administration der Cloud Telefonanlage,
  • Aufbereitung und Durchführung von User Schulungen inkl. der Erstellung von Anleitungen und Dokumentationen in der intern geführten Wikipedia.

Ihr Profil als Zukunftsgestalter:in

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung: Lehre IT-Technik/Fachinformatik, HTL oder Fachschule mit Schwerpunkt IT
  • 2 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von Windows Server Betriebssystem 2019 und höher (Windows 11)
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich Netzwerk inkl. VLAN, Cloud Technologien von Vorteil
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamfähigkeit, hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, kommunikative Persönlichkeit & agiles Mindset
  • Reisebereitschaft zu den Standorten der gesamten Denzel-Gruppe innerhalb Österreichs
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Für diese Stelle bieten wir ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 42.000,-, zzgl. variablem Bonus bis zu einem Bruttomonatsgehalt sowie die genannten Benefits. Das tatsächliche Jahresbruttogehalt wird unter Berücksichtigung Ihrer beruflichen Qualifikationen gemeinsam mit Ihnen vereinbart, denn wir schätzen Ihre Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse.
