In dieser Rolle bereiten Sie Kundendaten systematisch auf, sichern deren Qualität und tragen mit Ihrer genauen und selbstständigen Arbeitsweise zu reibungslosen internen Prozessen bei. In unserer Zentrale in Wien Erdberg erwarten Sie ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet, ein kollegiales Team und die Möglichkeit, Verbesserungen aktiv mitzugestalten.

Ihre Mission bei uns

  • Datenaktualisierung: Sie pflegen und aktualisieren Stammdaten (z.B.: CDP, SAP, F-Sales, APAS, AWP)
  • Qualitätskontrolle: Sie überprüfen bestehende Datensätze auf Richtigkeit, Vollständigkeit sowie Dubletten und korrigieren Fehler eigenständig.
  • Recherche: Sie recherchieren fehlende Informationen im Internet oder in internen Dokumenten und ergänzen diese im System.
  • Schnittstellenarbeit: Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Abteilungen (z.B.: Buchhaltung, Standorte, zentrale Bereiche) zusammen, um eine reibungslose Datenqualität zu gewährleisten.
  • Kollegen-Support & Hilfe: Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle für Kolleg:innen bei Fragen oder Problemen rund um unsere genutzten Programme (z.B.: CDP und APAS)

Ihr Profil als Zukunftsgestalter:in

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im administrativen Bereich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, offen für neue Tools
  • Teamfähigkeit, Stressresistenz und Flexibilität
  • Organisiert, zuverlässig und gewissenhaft
