Como Asesor de Viajes en nuestros módulos de venta en centros comerciales, serás el punto de contacto directo con viajeros que buscan hacer realidad sus planes. Tu misión es transformar conversaciones en experiencias inolvidables, conectando con clientes, entendiendo sus necesidades y ofreciendo soluciones personalizadas con toda la plataforma de Despegar.

  • Asesorar a clientes en la compra de paquetes vacacionales, vuelos, hoteles y servicios complementarios
  • Cumplir y superar metas comerciales mensuales con foco en resultados
  • Identificar oportunidades de upselling y cross-selling
  • Generar confianza desde el primer contacto, escuchando activamente y resolviendo necesidades
  • Brindar seguimiento postventa para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente
  • Manejar objeciones y resolver situaciones con agilidad y empatía
  • Proponer ideas para mejorar la conversión y experiencia en el módulo
  • Mantenerte actualizado sobre destinos, promociones y herramientas digitales
  • Colaborar con el equipo para compartir mejores prácticas
  • Mínimo 1 año en roles de venta directa o atención al cliente (deseable experiencia en turismo, retail o servicios)
  • Experiencia en cumplimiento de metas y manejo de CRM
  • Manejo intermedio de herramientas digitales y sistemas de venta
  • Conocimiento básico de geografía y destinos turísticos (deseable)
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y horarios rotativos
