Buscamos um Agente Líder de Loja para comandar nossa unidade em Jundiaí. Nesta posição, você será responsável pela gestão da loja e pela liderança do time de consultores de vendas — garantindo excelência no atendimento, cumprimento de metas e um ambiente de alto desempenho.

Você atuará como referência para o time no dia a dia: organizando a operação da loja, acompanhando indicadores de vendas, orientando os consultores e interagindo diretamente com os clientes nos momentos mais decisivos. É um papel de gente e de resultado: a loja depende do seu jogo de cintura para funcionar bem e crescer.

O modelo é 100% presencial, com escala 6x1 e horário flexível. Buscamos alguém com perfil comercial forte — de preferência com passagem por turismo, mas o que importa mesmo é experiência de liderança em vendas: ter sido gerente de vendas ou líder de loja.

Que desafios esperam por você? ✨🚀

  • Gestão da loja: coordenar a operação do dia a dia — fluxo de atendimento, organização do espaço, cumprimento de processos e padrões da Decolar.
  • Liderança do time de consultores: guiar, acompanhar e desenvolver os consultores de vendas, com acompanhamento próximo de desempenho, feedback contínuo e motivação do time.
  • Resultados e metas: monitorar indicadores de vendas da loja, identificar oportunidades de crescimento e garantir o cumprimento das metas comerciais.
  • Atendimento ao cliente: ser a referência da loja nos atendimentos mais complexos ou decisivos, atendendo clientes presencialmente, por telefone e WhatsApp — recomendando pacotes de viagem e conduzindo a venda com técnica.
  • Venda consultiva: atuar lado a lado com o time na venda de pacotes turísticos — aéreo, hospedagem, passeios, seguro viagem e muito mais —, servindo de exemplo e mentor.
  • Pós-venda e relacionamento: garantir o acompanhamento pós-venda, fortalecendo a experiência do cliente e gerando recompra e indicação.

O que valorizamos?

  • Experiência como gerente de vendas ou líder de loja — você já liderou um time de vendas e sabe o que é gerir operação e pessoas.
  • Perfil comercial forte OU experiência no turismo — o cenário ideal é quem tem as duas coisas, mas precisamos de pelo menos uma: se você é do turismo, excelente; se não é, precisamos de bagagem comercial robusta em vendas.
  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Disponibilidade para 100% presencial em Jundiaí com escala 6x1 e horário flexível.
  • Experiência no setor de turismo — é o melhor cenário para a vaga. Se você tem, ótimo! Se não, precisamos da força comercial.
  • Experiência com sistemas e pacote Office — você usará sistemas internos da Decolar e ferramentas de produtividade no dia a dia.
  • Facilidade com atendimento multicanal — voz, WhatsApp e telefone além do presencial.
