Market Manager, Chains gestiona relaciones estratégicas con cadenas hoteleras nacionales e internacionales. El desafío no es únicamente optimizar propiedades: es navegar estructuras corporativas, múltiples marcas, mercados y niveles de decisión para construir acuerdos que generen crecimiento sostenible para ambas partes.

El rol combina visión de partnership, negociación compleja y ejecución. Debe conectar la estrategia corporativa de la cadena con las capacidades B2C, B2B, Media, Paquetes y distribución de Despegar.

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Account Strategists que esten residiendo en:

  • Ciudad de México
  • Pacífico: Los Cabos / Vallarta.
  • Monterrey
  • Guadalajara
  • Cancún

¿Cómo generas impacto?

  • Trusted advisor de cadenas. Construir relación ejecutiva con directores comerciales, distribución, e-commerce, revenue, key accounts y liderazgo regional.
  • Ownership de la cuenta. Responder por revenue, share, conversión, competitividad y crecimiento por cadena, marca y propiedades prioritarias.
  • Planes conjuntos de negocio. Construir business plans anuales con objetivos, mercados, canales, campañas, media y compromisos claros.
  • Negociación estratégica compleja. Liderar acuerdos de tarifas, inventario, promociones, media, paquetes, condiciones comerciales, exclusividades o esquemas preferentes cuando generen valor.
  • Distribución y venta directa. Impulsar conectividad, APIs y modelos de distribución que mejoren disponibilidad, contenido, competitividad y escalabilidad.
  • Gestión multi-POS / multi-canal. Identificar oportunidades en México y mercados emisores relevantes de LATAM, coordinando con equipos regionales cuando corresponda.
  • Business reviews ejecutivos. Conducir revisiones con lectura por cadena, marca, mercado y propiedad, cerrando decisiones y próximos pasos.
  • Competitividad. Gestionar dinámicas de paridad/adversidad, pricing, Partner Offer cuando aplique y estrategias direct vs. OTA.
  • Influencia interna. Coordinar Producto, Revenue, Media, B2B, Operaciones, Finanzas, Legal y Tecnología para destrabar oportunidades complejas.
  • Representación estratégica. Representar a Despegar ante liderazgo de cadenas, eventos y foros de la industria.

Lo que te diferencia:

  • 6 a 10 años de experiencia en account management estratégico B2B, con exposición relevante a cadenas hoteleras nacionales o internacionales.
  • Experiencia navegando organizaciones matriciales y múltiples niveles de aprobación.
  • Track record en negociaciones complejas y resultados medibles en revenue/share.
  • Conocimiento profundo de distribución hotelera online, conectividad, pricing, revenue management, inventario y paridad.
  • Capacidad para construir business cases y propuestas de valor multi-canal y multi-mercado.
  • Excel/Sheets avanzado y dominio de BI; SQL es un diferenciador.
  • Comunicación ejecutiva de alto nivel y capacidad de influencia sin autoridad directa.
  • Disponibilidad para viajes frecuentes.
  • Español nativo e inglés avanzado/obligatorio.
