Actualmente, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un profesional que ocupe el rol de Sr. Supply Strategy Analyst para el equipo de Estrategia, Planificación y Desarrollo Comercial de nuestra dirección de Travel Partners.

¿Qué funciones tendrás a cargo?

  • Colaborar en la construcción de la estrategia de Supply para productos Non Air.
  • Detectar oportunidades de negocio y construir dimensionamientos para priorizar planes de acción.
  • Realizar análisis financiero de la planificación comercial para el armado de diagnósticos y planes estratégicos.
  • Implementar soluciones de automatización e IA para mejorar la eficiencia de procesos de supply y análisis de performance.
  • Definir planes de acción integrales para la implementación y seguimiento de distintas oportunidades (procesos, capacitaciones, herramientas, reportes, KPIs y modelo de gestión).
  • Realizar research de mercado y análisis de tendencias y benchmarks competitivos para identificar oportunidades estratégicas.
  • Contribuir al diseño del modelo de governance del área de Travel Partners.
  • Trabajar de forma transversal con equipos de Supply, Producto, Revenue Management, IT, BI, Legales y Media Sales para el desarrollo e implementación de propuestas comerciales, herramientas y procesos.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Graduados/as en carreras como Ingenieria, Economia, Contador o finanzas.
  • Al menos dos años de experiencia en consultoria, planificación comercial, transformación organizacional o roles de estrategia similares.
  • Experiencia liderando proyectos de transformación digital/cultural (deseable).
  • Experiencia tomando decisiones comerciales en base a datos.
  • Excel avanzado, Power BI, IA.
