Estamos en búsqueda Trainee Travel Partners Chains en nuestra marca Despegar/BestDay

BUSCAMOS Personas en formación con perfil comercial y creativo, que disfruten apoyando en campañas, trabajando con cadenas hoteleras y generando materiales visuales. Ganas de aprender sobre distribución hotelera y relaciones comerciales.

¿Qué necesitas? Formación académica en Turismo, Marketing o Negocios. Manejo de Excel avanzado (indispensable) y uso de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial (indispensable). No se requiere experiencia previa. Inglés preferente pero no indispensable.

Ofrecemos 💰 COMPENSACIÓN:

  • Salario base: $10,800 (pesos brutos)
  • Horario: Definir con el líder
  • 2 días de descanso a la semana

📍 MODALIDAD:

  • Mínimo 2 días a la oficina por semana
  • Contrato de prueba de 6 meses

¿Qué harás?

  • Apoyo en campañas y manejo del calendario de campañas por temporadas
  • Contacto y coordinación con partners y cadenas hoteleras
  • Diseños visuales para presentaciones comerciales
  • Uso de IA para generación de visuales y otros usos
  • Reportes de producción hotelera (room nights), ingresos, márgenes y comisiones en Excel
  • Seguimiento de contratos y actualización de datos de hoteles en sistemas internos
  • Monitoreo de disponibilidad, tarifas y paridad frente a competidores
  • Coordinación entre el equipo de Chains y otras áreas (Product, Finance, Marketing, B2B, Revenue Management)
