Quais desafios te esperam?

  • Analisar todos os processos de cancelamentos, alterações e reembolsos, envio de cotações e suporte às transações das agências afiliadas,
  • Ler e interpretar o histórico de GDSs e portais de empresas aéreas,
  • Efetuar tratativas voluntárias e involuntárias de reservas e bilhetes,
  • Gerenciar suporte especial com fornecedores, como correção de nome, inclusão de alimentação, pedido de berço, entre outros,
  • Efetuar reembolsos diretamente nos portais das companhias aéreas e fornecedores,
  • Atendimento multicanal : Telefone, E-mail, WhatsApp e demais plataformas da empresa,
  • Acompanhar e solucionar falhas , garantindo uma experiência positiva para os clientes e atuar na negociação e retenção de clientes quando necessário
