Job Description

Buscamos un/a becario/a de FP ASIR (Administración de Sistemas Informáticos en Red) para incorporarse mediante convenio de prácticas a nuestro equipo de soporte e infraestructura IT en un importante despacho profesional ubicado en el centro de Madrid.

Aprenderás y colaborarás activamente en la gestión diaria del parque tecnológico, resolución de incidencias y mantenimiento preventivo de los puestos de trabajo.

Funciones principales

  • Atención y soporte de primer nivel a usuarios para incidencias de hardware, software y red.
  • Configuración, clonación y despliegue de puestos de trabajo (portátiles, periféricos, sistemas operativos).
  • Soporte en la infraestructura básica de redes locales, telefonía y salas de reuniones.
  • Gestión y escalado de incidencias a través de la herramienta de ticketing.
  • Colaboración en tareas de inventario y mantenimiento de equipamiento IT.

Requisitos

  • Estudios: Estudiante o recién graduado/a de CFGS en Administración de Sistemas Informáticos en Red (ASIR) o titulaciones similares de la rama de Sistemas/Informática.
  • Posibilidad de firmar convenio de prácticas con centro de estudios.
  • Horario: Disponibilidad para realizar las prácticas de manera 100% presencial, imprescindible cobertura en horario de mañanas (posibilidad de acordar jornada parcial de mañanas o jornada completa).
  • Perfil proactivo, con vocación de servicio, capacidad de resolución y buenas habilidades de comunicación.

Qué ofrecemos

  • Ayuda económica al estudio: 840 € brutos/mes para jornada completa (o parte proporcional según las horas pactadas en caso de jornada reducida).
  • Modalidad: 100% presencial en oficina, en Madrid centro.
  • Formación continua en un entorno corporativo de primer nivel y acompañamiento por parte de profesionales sénior del área de sistemas.
