Description du poste

Le/La Chef de Projet Data a pour rôle principal de piloter les projets liés à l'exploitation et à la valorisation des données au sein de l'entreprise. Véritable chef d'orchestre, il/elle fait le pont entre les équipes métiers (marketing, finance, opérations...) et les équipes techniques (Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Analysts) pour s'assurer que les solutions data développées répondent aux enjeux stratégiques et opérationnels.

Qualifications

  • Maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion de projet (Agile/Scrum, cycle en V).
  • Bonne culture technologique de l'écosystème Data : architectures de données (Data Lake, Data Warehouse), Cloud (AWS, GCP ou Azure).
  • Connaissance des concepts de traitement de la donnée (ETL/ELT) et d'analyse (Data Science, Machine Learning).
  • Notions solides sur les outils de Data Visualisation (Tableau, Power BI, Looker...) et les langages de requêtage (SQL, idéalement des bases en Python).
  • Maîtrise des enjeux de Data Gouvernance et de la réglementation RGPD.
  • Leadership et vulgarisation : Capacité à faire dialoguer des profils très techniques avec des décideurs métiers.
  • Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse : Savoir transformer une problématique complexe en un plan d'action structuré.
  • Communication : Excellente communication orale et écrite, force de conviction.
  • Résolution de problèmes : Réactivité et pragmatisme face aux imprévus.
