Description du poste

Dans le cadre de la modernisation des systèmes d’information bancaires, le/la Consultant(e) Senior AMOA assure l'interface clé entre les directions métiers et les équipes IT. Il/elle pilote l'alignement des besoins fonctionnels et le déploiement des nouveaux parcours clients sur les volets paiements, crédits et opérations internationales.

Mission :

- Cadrage & Spécifications : Recueillir les besoins métiers, animer les ateliers et rédiger les cahiers des charges / User Stories.

- Recette & Homologation : Définir la stratégie de test, rédiger les cahiers de recette, qualifier les anomalies et valider le bon fonctionnement bout-en-bout.

- Déploiement & Change : Accompagner la mise en production, former les équipes métiers et rédiger les guides utilisateurs.

- Pilotage : Coordonner les échanges entre métiers et IT/éditeurs, suivre les plannings et animer les comités de suivi.

Qualifications

- Formation & Expérience : Bac+5 (Ingénieur, Commerce, Université) avec 5+ ans d’expérience en AMOA bancaire.

- Expertise métier et fonctionnelle : Maîtrise confirmée des volets Monétique, Crédit ou Paiements/Transferts...

- Méthodologies & Outils : Agile (Scrum) ou Cycle en V ; Jira, Confluence, Xray/ALM ; notions d'APIs et de SQL.

- Soft skills : Esprit de synthèse, rigueur, aisance relationnelle et anglais professionnel.
